Saint Brides boutique accomodation offers elegant and stylish accomodation in the sought after area of Geelong West. Enjoy three TVs - all with complimentary Netflix, 3 elegant bedrooms - 2 with luxurious King beds, 2 bathrooms - including 2 showers and a free standing bath, a fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer combo. Six metre bifold doors open up the living room onto a north facing deck area - creating an awesome space for eating and relaxation. The driveway caters for 2 cars which is a real bonus in the Geelong West area. Your beautiful cottage is surrounded by some of the best food in Victoria - explore Pakington Street and then stroll approx 500m to the Waterfront. Both precincts have their own special vibe. Wherever you explore - you will love returning home to Saint Brides Cottage.
Keyless entry and cameras facing the driveway and front door to this property ensures your privacy and protection. A noise monitor is installed as a way to protect our lovely neighbours from thumping loud music. I am always available via phone or text to answer any questions you may have.
The location of this property is amazing! At one end of the street (200m) you have the wonderful bustle and cafe culture of Pakington Street and at the other end, turn left 200m and there is a pedestrian overpass to the Geelong waterfront, Western Beach and Eastern Beach. The Geelong Railway Station is 500m away. The heart of the Geelong CBD is approx 1 km away Because this property is so close to Pakington Street and the Geelong Waterfront, many guests find that their car stays parked in the driveway! Of course, if you want to explore further afield, a car is probably your best option. The Geelong Railway Station 500m away, offers trains to Melbourne approximately every hour and also offers buses to Country Victoria, the Great Ocean Road and the Bellarine Peninsula. There are many day tours available which also pick up from the Railway Station.
